The National Emergency Management Agency, on Wednesday received a new set of 157 Nigerians comprising 54 adult females, 90 adult males, three children and 10 infants from Libya.
Amongst the returnees were eight pregnant women and one person with a medical case.
The flight, BURAQ Airlines Boeing 737-800 with registration number 5A-DMG arrived the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, at 9.45pm.
The Director General of NEMA, Mustapha Maihaja, who received the returnees, told them to beware of seeking greener pastures anywhere outside the country.
The DG, who was represented by the Southwest Zonal Coordinator of NEMA, Suleiman Yakubu, also assured the returnees that the Federal Government was doing everything possible to bring back all Nigerians willing to return home.
He added that special incentives were being put in place for all of them to restart their lives.
Maihaja also enjoined them to see their ordeal in Libya as a challenge to help grow the Nigerian economy.
He added, “You have gone out and you have seen things yourself that Nigeria is a great country, your contributions can make it the greater country you crave for and I want you all to help turn things around for the development of this nation.”
